Amino-PEG5-alcohol is a useful research chemical.
Amino-PEG5-alcohol is an aqueousr soluble PEG linker with one amine and one hydroxyl group. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters etc. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
NH2-PEG5-OH is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. NH2-PEG5-OH is also a non-cleavable 5 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[2].
