N-(4-chlorophenyl)-5,5-difluoro-1-[3-fluoro-5-(pyri din-4-yl)benzoyl]piperidine-3-carboxamide

CCG-257081 is an inihibitor of Rho/MRTF/SRF pathway. CCG-257081 has shown efficacy in preventing bleomycin-induced fibrosis in several mouse models.

MRTF/SRF-IN-1 (example 41) is an inhibitor of both myocardin-related transcription factor and serum response factor (MRTF/SRF). MRTF/SRF-IN-1 can be used for research for preventing cancer and fibrosis[1].
