重水素および試薬
重水素化試薬は核磁気共鳴計の分析のために専用する試薬であり,主に核磁気共鳴分光計に必要な有機溶剤である。一般的な重水素化試薬はいずれも発揮しやすいため,密封して保存する必要がある。 重水素化試薬は核物理学的重水精製工業の派生製品に由来する。20世紀40年代原子爆弾の出現は,海水の重水精製工業の発展を大いに推し進め,かつ徐々に軍事防御分野からハイテクの開発と応用分野に遷移する。例えば米国、ドイツ、スイス、フランス、中国、日本等のますます多くの国はすでに重水精製工業を把握する。しかし高純度の重水素化派生製品の生産プロセスは主にドイツと米国によって把握される。 核磁気共鳴装置は多くの重水素化試薬を使用する必要があり,重水素化試薬は一般的な溶媒の水素原子からの干渉を回避するために用いられ,これにより有機分子中の水素の割合を正確に分析する。現在すでに独立した核磁学科を形成する。
