化学試薬
化学試薬は一般的に試薬(reagent)と呼ばされ,様々な純度基準のある純粋な化学物質であり,教育、科学研究、分析とテストに用いられ,かつある新規な産業に必要な機能性材料と原料に用いることができる微細な化学製品である。化学試薬は品種が多く,世界ですでに数十万種に達し,中国でよく使用されるのは数万種ある。 化学試薬の分類方法について,国際で統一的な基準はまだ達してなく,一般的に学科と実際の使用によって分類する。代表的なドイツE・メルク(E•Merck)社の目次を例として,大きな種類が12種あり,小さい種類が72種ある。多くの国では応用の範囲によって化学試薬を分類する。中国では試薬を以下の四つの種類に分類する。 1. 一般的な試薬:純度基準に適合する有機試薬及び無機試薬である。科学研究、分析とテスト、合成反応によく用いられると同時に新規な材料等として用いられる。 2. 分析用試薬:分析とテストのために専用する試薬であり,以下の二つの小さい種類に分けられる: (1)化学分析用試薬:化学反応の分析に用いられるテスト製品。 1) 基準試薬:容量分析用標準溶液を直接に調製又は標定するための純粋化合物である。 2) 指示薬:滴定の終点を指示するための試薬であり,pH指示薬、酸化還元指示薬、吸着指示薬、金属指示薬、蛍光指示薬等に分けられる。 (2) 機器分析用試薬:機器分析のために専用する高純度化合物である。 1) 分光純試薬:分光純化合物であり,一般的にSPで示され,分光分析に用いられる試薬である。 2) クロマトグラフィー純試薬:ガスクロマトグラフと液体クロマトグラフィーの分析のために専用する試薬である。 3) 重水素化試薬:核磁気共鳴計の分析のために専用する試薬である。 3. 電子産業用試薬:電子産業のために専用する化学製品である。 1) MOS試薬:微粒子の濃度がASTM"O"レベルに達し,微小電子に専用する試薬である。 2) 高純度試薬:超高純度試薬とも呼ばされ,その純度が99.99%であれば,4Nと呼ばされ,99.999%であれば,5Nと呼ばされ,一般的に科学研究及び物理的と化学的微量分析、光ファイバ通信、マイクロ電子、半導体、レーザー等に用いられる。 3) 光学純試薬:フォトレジスト等の特殊な機能を有する精細化学製品である。 4.生化学試薬:即ち生物化学的試薬であり,生体から抽出され又は化学的に合成される生体の基本的な化学物質であり,試薬の大きな種類である。生体の成分研究と分析の同定に用いられる重要な試薬である。臨床免疫学的試薬、遺伝子工学的試薬、細胞培養試薬、ホルモン系物質、発癌性毒物研究用試薬、防かび剤と殺虫剤研究用試薬を含み,要するに,それは生命の謎を解き明かし、疾患を防除する等の科学研究及びテストに用いられる試薬であり,医学及び医薬学に関する純粋化合物である。
