AS-604850 is a potent, cell permeable and ATP-competitive inhibitor of PI 3-kinase γ (PI(3)Kγ). AS-604850 also exhibits selectivity over other PI 3-kinase isoforms. AS-604850 is an inhibitor of PI 3-kinase and PI 3-kinase p55 γ, PI 3-kinase p110 α and PI 3-kinase p85 α.
