This is a plant grows in North America, Europe, and Africa that has been used as anherbal remedy for thousands of years. The name comes from the stinging sensationthat arises when parts of the body brush against the plant’s hairy stems and leaves(Lust 2014). Its leaves have been used successfully to reduce symptoms associatedwith prostatitis in Europe for over a decade.
