  • Description Azido-PEG3-NHS ester is a azide linker used on click chemistry. The azide group can react with alkyne such as BCN, DBCO, Propargyl group via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The NHS ester can be applied to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.
  • Uses N3-PEG3-C2-NHS ester is a nonclaevable 3-unit PEG linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). N3-PEG3-C2-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
