Uses
The DNAs are particularly useful for genomic analysis, including PCR, library construction in bacteriophage λ, and in heterologous pre-hybridization and hybridization protocols.
Deoxyribonucleic acid sodium salt from
Escherichia coli strain B has been used for:
- PCR reactions of genomic DNA of Gardnerella vaginalis
- nick translation and radiolabeling of dNTP
- generating standard curve for 16S rDNA quantification
- transfecting neutrophils
- testing the extraction methods
Uses
Deoxyribonucleic acid sodium salt from
Escherichia coli strain B has been used to measure the melting temperature (Tm) and in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies. It has also been used as a template sequence in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
Uses
Deoxyribonucleic acid, High molecular weight from BALB/c mouse, adult, is used as a target for amplification by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction endonuclease digestion and as a carrier DNA for precipitations. It may also be used in library construction in bacteriophage lambda vectors and in Southern hybridization. It was used as a standard for DNA quantification by spectrophotometry and as a positive control in TaqMan PCR reactions.
General Description
Highly purified genomic DNA isolated from adult BALB/c mice.
