General Description
DMT-2′O-MOE-rMeC(bz) Phosphoramidite (N4-Bz-5'-O-DMTr-2'-O-(2-methoxyethyl)-5-methylcytidine-3'-CED-phosphoramidite) is a phosphoramidite that belongs to the family of amides of trivalent phosphorus acid H3PO3. N4-Bz-5'-O-DMTr-2'-O-(2-methoxyethyl)-5-methylcytidine-3'-CED-phosphoramidite features a 2'-O-MOE group and can be incorporated into oligonucleotide phosphoramidites for antisense RNA. The 2'-MOE backbone enhances duplex stability, nuclease resistance, and has low toxicity.
