Uses
2-Oxa-6-azaspiro[3.4]octane is involved in the preparation of azaspirocycle or azetidine substituted 4-anilinoquinazoline derivatives, which exhibits epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitory activities.
Application
2-Oxa-6-Azaspiro[3.4]Octane Hydrochloride may be useful in the preparation of aminocyanopyridine derivatives for the prevention or treatment of cancer or inflammatory diseases.
Synthesis
Tert-butyl 2-oxa-6-azaspiro[3.4]octane-6-carboxylate (86mg, 0.4mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (1mL), trifluoroacetic acid (2mL) was added to the system at room temperature, and the reaction solution was heated at 60°C for 2h. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain crude product 2-oxa-6-azaspiro[3.4]octane.
