Description
Propargyl-PEG3-amine is a PEG linker that is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The propargyl group reacts with azides in copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry.
Uses
Propargyl-PEG3-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Propargyl-PEG3-amine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
