N4-Benzoyl-5''-O-(4,4''-dimethoxytrityl)-2''-O-methycytidine (CAS# 110764-74-4) is a nucleoside used in the synthesis of fluorocarbon oligonucleotide conjugates which allow for the delivery of nucleic acids into human cells. N4-Benzoyl-5''-O-(4,4''-dimethoxytrityl)-2''-O-methycytidine is also used in the preparation of RNA and RNA fragments, such as in the synthesis of capped RNA.
