Description

BDP TR NHS ester is a BDP TR linker with an NHS ester group with a long excitation lifetime. The BDP TR dye is popular for microscopy and fluorescence polarization assays. The NHS ester can react specifically and efficiently with primary amines such as the side chain of lysine residue or aminosilane-coated surfaces at neutral or slight basic conditions to form a covalent bond.
