  5-Amino-6-methoxy-1,3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one is used in preparation of Yetrahydro-spiro(indole)pyrroledione derivatives, which are useful as inhibitors of p53-Mdm2 protein-protein interactions. Also, used in preparation of substituted Pyrrolopyrimidines; which is as inhibitors of MKNK1 kinase.
