Gruyere cheese, beer, cognac, rum, cider, tea, passion fruit, plum, plumcot, starfruit, mango, mountain papaya, Chinese quince peel
and hog plum (Spondias mombins L.)

Taste characteristics at 10 ppm: fruity, green, waxy, fatty and vegetative.
