Uses
Izumerogant (IMU-935) is an inverse agonist of retinoid-related orphan receptor-gamma (RORγ). Izumerogant (compound 123) also potently inhibits IL-17A, IL-17F and IFN-γ activity with IC50s <50 nM[1][2].
