OF-C4-Deg-Lin is an ionizable cationic lipid.¹ It has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of siRNA and mRNA in vitro and in vivo. Intravenous administration of LNPs containing OF-C4-Deg-Lin and encapsulating an mRNA reporter selectively accumulate in mouse spleen.
