Quinacrine analog 34 is an inhibitor of autophagy with a minimum effective concentration (MEC) of 0.5 μM in U2OS cells. It induces lysosomal deacidification and accumulation of LC3-II in the same cells when used at concentrations of 0.5 or 3 μM.

Autophagy-IN-4 (Compound 34) is an autophagy inhibitor, with an EC50 of 0.5 μM and a LD50 of 27 μM for U2OS cells[1].
