Uses
3-Hydroxy-N-naphthalen-1-ylnaphthalene-2-carboxamide is mainly used as a base agent for dyeing cotton fibers and printing cotton fabrics. It is also used for dyeing vinylon, viscose fiber, silk, and nylon. When combined with red base B to dye a purplish-brown color, it exhibits good lightfastness. N-naphth-1-yl-3-hydroxynaphth-2-carboxamide is primarily used as a base agent for dyeing and printing cotton fibers, as an intermediate for organic pigments, and in the manufacture of fast-setting pigments. It can be used for dyeing cotton yarn, cotton fabrics, cotton knitwear, corduroy, polyvinyl alcohol, viscose, silk, nylon, and other fibers, but is generally not used for printing. This product has a high affinity for cotton and strong coupling ability. It can be formulated into fast-setting pigments, neutral particulate pigments, and organic pigments.

Mainly used for cotton yarns, cotton fabric, cotton knitted content, corduroy,PVA, viscose, silk and polyamide fiber dyeing, general is not used for printing.
