SARS-CoV-2-IN-44, a inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2, inhibits viral replication, with an EC50 of 0.6μM. SARS-CoV-2-IN-44 has no evident cytotoxic effect in Calu-3 cells and can be used for antiviral research[1].
