Ferroptosis-IN-15 (compound 12) is a potent inhibitor of ferroptosis, with the EC50s of 0.76 and 0.67 μM in A375 cells and 786-O cells, respectively.Ferroptosis-IN-15 is a potential iron chelator and radical trapping antioxidant[1].
