  Property Introduction

  Acid protease is a carboxyl protease extracted from Aspergillus niger by a solid fermentation technique and refined by an advanced post-treatment technique.
  Its main activity is protease, capable of hydrolyzing yeast and fish meal increased amino acid content, can also complement animal endogenous enzyme deficiency, improve feed utilization of energy, to promote animal growth, improve daily gain, lower feed conversion than to improve its performance.
  Acid protease suitable for containing anti-protein feed (soybean meal) diets and other substrates, enzymes and other proteins work together to eliminate the anti-nutritional factor; also be added together with xylanase enzymes and other enzymes to feed viscous , hydrolyzed protein into  small peptides and amino acids than animal can readily absorbable.

  Acid protease：      50,000u/g（powder）

  Note：1g powder，in 40℃,pH is 3.0 condition，1min hydrolysis of casein to produce 1μg tyrosine amount of enzyme required for the enzyme activity unit.

  Usage direction

  Be suitable for dairy ration of ruminant, pig, rabbit, chicken.

  Recommended dosage: 100-300g / t(take 50,000u/g as standard)

  Acid protease powder is mixed with the feed formulation, usually placed at the premix.

  Package and storage

  Standard package：25kg(paper plastic compound bag or cardboard drum)

  Store in a cool dry place, it would be better below 20℃.The loss of activity will not more than 10% each year.

  Points for attention

  Protease is nonflammable, wear protective measures(gauze mask, glasses), avoid sensitive skin contact and inhalation. In case of eyes contact, rinse with water immediately.
