产品的物化性质：

本品为白色至淡黄色高熔点蜡，具有润滑、分散、增光、脱模、平滑、抗粘和抗静电等功效，以及对颜料和填料具有优异的偶联作用和分散性，与多数塑料有良好的可容性与并存性，是一种应用广泛的润滑剂，允许用于食品包装材料中（GB9685-2008）；常温下不溶于常规有机溶剂和水，可溶于热的二甲苯、氯仿、丁醇等高沸点溶剂。闪点约285℃左右，相对密度0.98（25℃）。

Physical-chemical property：

  This product is hard and crisp white wax with high melting point, its industrial form is yellow slim granule, no side effect on humans, not dissolve to most solvent, stable to acid, alkali and water, dissolve to hot chlorinated hydrocarbon agent and aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, its power form is smoothing, wettability is available for water with 80℃or above. According to regulations in Food and Drug Association of America, this product can be used as packaging material for food.

产品应用：                                            

1.       小颗粒（20目）：用作ABS、硬质PVC、AS、PA、PP和塑木材料等的润滑剂，LDPE和LLDPE的开口剂，PS的爽滑剂和防粘剂，PET、PBT和POM的脱模剂和分散与润滑剂，EVA阻燃母料的分散剂，以及橡胶（胶管、胶板、汽车用地板垫）的表面光泽润滑剂等；

2.       粉状（125目）：可用作塑料（ABS、PS）色母粒和化纤（丙纶、涤纶）母粒的分散剂，无机填料和阻燃料的光亮分散剂，以及ABS等改性材料的表面处理润滑剂等；

3.       细粉状（325目）：可用作色粉配色用扩散与分散剂，以及超细粉体的改性剂和润滑分散剂，提高制品的鲜艳度和光泽度，以及加工效率；

4.       微粉状（2000目）：可用作油墨和涂料油漆的蜡剂和分散剂，在涂料中可用做颜料研磨助剂和分散剂，还可用作化纤用碳黑的分散剂等；

5.       混合型粉末涂料、聚酯粉末涂料和环氧粉末涂料的润滑、分散和抗粘连剂等；

6.       PU表面处理剂（微粉化蜡）、热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）的脱模剂，尼龙（PA）的润滑剂，硬制塑化PVC薄膜的防粘剂，以及PE和BOPP膜的润滑与开口剂；

7.       铸造用润滑剂，金属加工、粉末冶金用润滑剂，道路沥青和防水材料的改性剂；

8.       纸张涂层的光亮剂（可用于食品包装），合成纤维的抗静电剂，在制浆造纸中可用做消泡剂，无纺布的光亮润滑剂，以及PA-6阻燃改性材料的分散润滑剂。

Applications：

1.       It can be used as internal and external lubricant for many thermal plasticity and thermoset plastics, such as ABS, PS, AS and PVC, as well as PE, PP, PVAC, cellulose, Acctate, Nylon, pheonolic-Resin and amino plastics with good luster and stripping performance.

2.       It can enhance heat resistance, weather resistance, fluidness and certain antistatic effect of polyester and polyamide fiber. And also, EBS can be added into emulsion synthetic resin and rubber, such as Yiny1, polychloroprene, GRS (SBR).

3.       It can be used as pigment dispersant of color batch of plastics and chemical fibers, such as ABS, PS, acrylic fiber and terylene.

4.       It can be used as diffusing powder for matching color of plastics 0.5% to 5% amount can be added in line with different amount of dye fillings. And can be used as flow promoter of powder coating.

5.       Salt mist and dampproof effect can be enhanced if 0.5% to 2% EBS is added in the manufacturing process of dope and oil paint; performance of paint remover can be improved, as well as leveling property of liring lacker surface if this product is added into dope.

6.       EBS can be used as dulling agent for polishing fumiture and printing ink.

7.       Melting point-raise agent for petroleum product; lubricant and anticorrosive agent for drawbench of metal; embedding materials of electric component; ant-foam a additive and coating component of paper for paper-making industry; anti-foam additive and constant water-drawing agent; viscidity of asphaltum can be towered, softening point, water resistance and weather resistance can be enhanced if this product is added into this asphaltum.

包装、贮运：

产品用复合袋包装，每袋净重20kg或25kg，运输时应防止日光直射和雨淋，贮存期壹年，建议存放在避光和干燥通风处，壹年后检验合格仍可使用，本品按一般化学品规定贮运。

Packaging and Transportation:

  It can be packed in woven bag in brown paper with 20 or 25kg/bag. It should be prevented from the sun and rain, stored ventilated place. In general, it is stored and transported as common chemical products.
