体外研究
NSC624206 prevents in vitro ubiquitination of the cell cycle regulator p27 as well as inducing an accumulation of p27 in the HepG2 liver cancer cell line.
NSC624206 clearly reduces ubiquitin-E1 thioesters in a concentration-dependent manner with an IC 50 of 13 μM.
NSC624206 (10 nM-10 μM; 24 hours) induces accumulation of p27 in cells.
Western Blot Analysis
Cell Line: Kip16 cells Concentration: 10 nM-10 μM Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Induced accumulation of p27.
