AUDA性质、用途与生产工艺
- 生物活性 AUDA (compound 43) 是一种有效的 soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) 的抑制剂，对小鼠sEH和人sEH的IC50值分别为18 nM和69 nM。AUDA具有抗炎活性，可降低MMP-9、IL-1β、TNF-α 和 TGF-β。AUDA还可下调 Smad3 和 p38 信号通路。

体外研究
AUDA (0.3-10 μg/mL; 48 hours) dose-dependently suppresses the proliferation of rat VSMCs exposed to PDGF.
AUDA (0.3-10 μg/mL; 30 min) dose-dependently upregulats COX-2 expression.
AUDA (10, 50 and 100 μM) augments the migratory ability of HCAECs in a dose-dependent manner.
AUDA significantly increases the adhesion ability of HCAECs.
